Boxfit
Boxfit will improve Cardio, help with fitness, toning, and generally shape you to be leaner without necessarily building muscle bulk. It will sharpen your skills, reflexes and timing with its pacey, yet achievable class format so you’ll feel those endorphins kick in as you enjoy the burn!
Cardio Kickbox
Cardio Kickbox will tone your lower half with our cardio burn leg workouts, whilst you learn to co-ordinate all of your Combat ‘weapons’ helping you to extract more from every workout. More than just a workout, you’ll develop superior technique giving you the confidence that you’re learning the real thing in a safe, non- contact environment.
MMA Fitness
MMA Fitness will challenge you to new levels of fitness with its blend of boxing, kickboxing and ground fighting workout delivered in a multi round circuit style class.
Working through rounds of equipment and partner drills, this class will get your blood pumping form start to finish and is the perfect way to burn off energy, improve your cardio and shape you all over like a true MMA warrior without the hits!
Bushidokai Karate (MMA)
Bushidokai Karate is not only a Karate style of the Martial Arts, moreover a MMA styled system, as the program includes a comprehensive syllabus of Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing and Kobudo (Traditional weapons).
Bushidokai incorporates modern, practical techniques combined with well-practiced traditional training techniques the martial arts are renowned for throughout history.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
BJJ is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. The key focus is to take your opponent to the ground, controlling them and gain the dominant position.
Using BJJ, a smaller person can successfully defend them self against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent using leverage and weight distribution, to defeat them. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling, is increasingly popular as a spectator sport and is appropriate for many self-defence situations.
